The Qualified Opportunity Zone program was designed by Congress to unlock private capital in underserved communities. Investors gain a rare triple tax benefit unavailable in most investment structures.

Step 01 — Immediate
Defer Your Capital Gains
Reinvest capital gains from any prior asset sale into a QOF within 180 days. Taxes on the original gain are deferred until December 31, 2026 — preserving capital that would otherwise go to the IRS.
Step 02 — Ongoing
Reduce the Deferred Gain
Through qualified holding periods, investors may reduce the taxable portion of their original deferred gain — meaning you pay taxes on less than what you originally earned.
